Prices start from around €464,000, making it an accessible entry point into one of Marbella’s most sought-after areas.

San Pedro de Alcántara

Armonía by Gowerla is a modern development close to the centre of San Pedro Alcántara. It offers two and three-bedroom apartments, some arranged as duplexes with generous terraces. Sizes range from about 105 to 128m2, with prices between €459,000 and €859,000. Communal areas include landscaped gardens, a pool and gym. Completion is expected by the end of 2025.

SALVIA II, launched more recently, is a substantial project with 98 apartments and penthouses. Units range from two to four-bedrooms, with interiors up to 195m2 and expansive terraces reaching nearly 190m2. All properties include parking and storage. Communal amenities are extensive and include an indoor heated pool, gym, spa, co-working space, landscaped gardens and EV charging points. Guadalmina

Breeze is the most significant current development in Guadalmina Alta. It consists of 34 apartments and penthouses with two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts. Built areas range from about 103 to 155m2, with terraces between 20 and 130m2. Prices start at around €650,000, rising to over €1.4m for premium penthouses. The complex offers underground parking, storage, landscaped gardens, communal pool, gym and co-working space, all ideally positioned on the front line of Guadalmina golf course. Delivery is expected in late 2025.

Golden Mile and Cascada de Camoján

These prestigious areas are eternally sought-after for their privacy, exclusivity and luxury. It is no surporse that the international couture house of Dolce & Gabbana has launched their first branded residence of its kind in Marbella, Design Hills, situated on the Golden Mile. The project consists of 92 designer apartments, each crafted under the creative direction of Dolce & Gabbana. Residences include one- to four-bedrooms with interiors ranging from 280 to more than 900m2. 

Amenities will be extensive, including multiple pools, gardens, spa, fitness centre, cinema, concierge and a private residents’ club. Completion is expected in 2026, with prices starting around €3.5m. This project places Marbella alongside global destinations such as Miami and Dubai in hosting branded residences that merge luxury design houses with high-end living.

Camoján Six is another development at the very top of Marbella’s market, located in discrete Cascada de Camoján. It consists of six villas, four semi-detached and two detached, designed by architects Salvador Cejudo and Carlos Morales. The semi-detached villas offer built areas between approximately 585 and 890m2, with plots of 516 to 890m2. The detached villas measure around 1,200m2 on plots of 1,500m2. Each home features panoramic views, private pool, large terraces, underground garage, cinema, wine cellar and lift. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2025, with prices starting from €7.9m.
